1970 GMC C/K 1500 Series

Classic Car Addict would like to present this 1970 GMC 1500 in our Mesa, AZ showroom! This C15 is fresh out of a full restoration with only 3588 miles. During the restoration, it was taken off its frame and powder-coated, including the fender wells, radiator support and suspension parts. It takes a lot to make these truck like new and this one has it all. EXTERIOR This C15 is painted in show quality PPG Lime Green Poly with contrasting white and features new smoked glass, upgraded gauges, SO CAL shifter, and upgraded LED lights all around. The paint looks flawless and there are no bubbles or scratches. No rust throughout. INTERIOR The interior features black Houndstooth bench seat, new carpet, and working Vintage air. Console with gauges and matching paint dash plates, 5 speed shifter, original AM radio, and tilt steering wheel. This is a great date night truck or even a daily driver. POWERTRAIN Under the hood is powered by a 383 Stroker V8-cylinder small black. This C15 sounds great and is ready to cruise! The engine is mated to a Tremec TKO600 5-speed manual transmission, sending power to a 12-bolt rear end with 3.55 posi-traction. It is now reliable because of the new Holley sniper EFI. The engine starts, idles, runs, and sounds great. There are no reported issues or leaks with the drivetrain components. CHASSIS In true tradition, the suspension elements were updated for a more contemporary driving experience which include ride-tech HQ Fox shocks. The front upgrades include A-arms with coil overs, new Baer front disk brakes, and all new steering components. The rear has leaf springs with ride-tech HQ Fox shocks give great stance with a smooth ride. Undercarriage has been thinly powder coated to show rust free floor and trunk pans. WHEELS AND TIRES The truck has American Racing chrome rims that roll on Toyo Proxes St tires, 255/45R20 on the front and 285/50R20 on the rear. The tires are showing good tread depth all around.
