1965 Chevrolet Corvette

Classic Car Addict is excited to present this awesome 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Pro Street for sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom. Look no further, this small block pro street machine will eat up any asphalt on the dragstrip or while cruising the streets. The interior is race ready. The 'Vette features a six-point roll cage that allows for easy exit and entry with American Safety CB/500XL lap belts. The interior is finished with white seats, blue carpet, and a blue dash. Looking through the wooden three-spoke Corvette steering wheel, you have your original gauges (all functioning) and factory clock. Place your right hand on the Hurst Ram Rod 4-speed inline V gate shifter and let loose! This is a true racing machine! This might be a classic, but it was built for intimidation. The Corvette was originally finished in Nassau Blue (900FF) but was painted before our consignor purchased it to black. The paint shows well, with a few minor defects that will be shown in photos and the video. They tubbed the rear end to make sure there was plenty of room for the Hoosier Pro Street 31x18.5x15. The engine features a 3970010 block that has been built and stroked. We do not have specifics or build sheet for build, but it's fast and runs great. The Edelbrock Victor Jr aluminum intake manifold for the small block Chevy is excellent for many applications from drag to track racing. This intake manifold provides maximum performance for race-winning power at high engine speeds. The Holley double pumper helps offer quick fuel delivery for rapid gear changes. The headers are the side exhaust. We have braided fuel lines as well as an All-Star performance fuel pressure gauge. Some additional upgrades include the new fuel pump, aluminum radiator, polyurethane energy performance engine mounts, and adjustable coil overs. Borg Warner 1804065903 transmission, 4-speed manual (11/21/1980 transmission date), quarter mile four-speed, five-link rear end, Currie rear end. She rolls on Cobra Radial GT 225x70x15 on the front and Hoosier Pro Street 31x18.5x15 on the rear with Crager 15-inch rims.
